An expectant mother may be accepted for travel if she
is not beyond 32 weeks or 240 days (8 months and 3 weeks)
pregnant. She has to fill out an Expectant Mothers Information
Sheet (EMIS) which is available at any of our ticket office.
The EMIS form can also be downloaded from our website
for your easy reference. Clearance for air travel will
be determined and indicated on the form.
Children below 8 years old will not be accepted for carriage
unless they are accompanied by a person of at least 18
years of age. Children aged eight (8) to below twelve
(12) years of age may be allowed to travel alone provided
that a service fee shall be assessed on each unaccompanied
minor for travel. The unaccompanied minor service fee
shall be PHP500 for domestic flights and USD20 for international
flights. Details about the minor's meeting party at destination
and other pertinent information must be arranged by the
parent or guardian with our reservations office or ticket
office at the time of booking. The UM form may be downloaded
on this website for your easy reference.
Infants at least 30 days old may be accepted for travel
with prior reservations. We follow One-Infant-Per-Adult
Policy. Infants who turn two (2) at the time of travel
shall be required to occupy seats for safety reasons.
Acceptance for carriage of incapacitated passengers, passengers
with illness or passengers requiring special assistance
is subject to arrangement with our office three (3) days
prior to their scheduled departure flights. Without prejudice
to our check-in conditions, passengers with disabilities
who have advised us of any special requirements they may
have at the time of the booking of their seats and have
been accepted by us upon our reasonable determination
that we have the necessary facilities and the ability
to meet their special needs and requirements shall not
be subsequently refused carriage on the basis of such
disability or special requirements.
