You must arrive at our check-in location sufficiently in
advance of flight departure to permit completion of any
government formalities and departure procedures and not
later than the times indicated below:
Domestic
Flight
• at least two (2) hours before
your scheduled departure time
International
Flight
• at least three (3) hours
before your scheduled departure time
Flights are closed to check-in forty-five (45) minutes before
departure time and you will not be accepted on board after
this time. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation
if you do not comply with the Check-in Deadline or you fail
to check-in prior to closing of check-in for your flight
without incurring any liability to you.
Our express check-in counter accommodates the elderly with
up to two traveling companions, the handicapped, and passengers
with no check-in baggage. Express check-in counter is situated
at Counter 9.
You must be present at the boarding gate at least thirty
(30) minutes before your scheduled departure time. If you
arrive outside the applicable time limit at the boarding
gate, you will be refused carriage and your Checked Baggage
will be off-loaded from the aircraft. We are not liable
to you for loss or expense due to your failure to comply
with this provision. Priority for boarding is given to the
handicapped, the elderly and those traveling with children.
If you fail to check in at the appointed times or fail to
board the aircraft by the time the aircraft is about to
depart, applicable charges will be imposed. |
