I have entered all credit card information. My computer lost internet connection and system error appears. How would I know if the payment went through or not?

I bought a ticket online. How can I get my electronic ticket?

Once the transaction is successfully made and approved, your e-ticket will automatically be sent to your posted email address.


What credit cards do you accept online?

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and JCB are acceptable through Zest Airways online payment.


Is it possible to reschedule my flight date/time?

Rebooking is dependent on the conditions and restrictions of your original ticket. If your ticket is rebookable, you can rebook it 24 hours before your original departure date. Please call (632) 855-3333 for further assistance.


How do I get additional information about ongoing promos for group bookings?
