March 26, 2008, AMY Holdings Corp. established ZEST AIRWAYS,
INC. as it sees the opportunity for growth in the airline
and aviation industry.
The thrust of the management is focused
on:
• accelerating
profitability by introducing BRAND NEW aircraft
• innovating
marketing strategies.
On September 25, 2008, the Securities and Exchange Commission
formally approved the Corporate name of Zest Air and the
juridical personality of Zest Airways, Inc. was formally
established.
ZEST AIR will initially operate to 20 local destinations
and will launch its regional and Southeast Asian operations
beginning June 2009. |
